The Lady Eagles plunge into preseason hard as they begin what the team calls 2 hours of death. Working mainly on speed and leg strength this year, the ladies look to improve their full court game. With Hitler on the sideline, stopwatch in hand, these ladies should be in shape in no time.

plunge is right...i almost plunged into the duck pond!!! im super excited about the team and how everything is going to look once we all get our groove back!!! an thanks to hitler i have developed a fear of geese chasing me...
whoo whoo! Man i just love running to Lowes and back in the rain! Its like my new hobby! I think that when we run the road we should wear shirts that say "Iowa Bound - Come support future national champs" lol

I just want to say that my favorite player of all time is.. Davia Seay. OMG she is A-MAZZZ-ING. And I might make a surprise visit down to watch the first game just for her.
